About Us
Our studio was founded by Lelia Haller in 1929. After
studying in Paris, Ms. Haller returned to Louisiana to begin
her life long work as a teacher of the fine art of dance. The
combined techniques of the French, Italian, Russian and
Spanish dance styles influenced the unique development of
Lelia Haller, the compleat ballerina. Continuing her teaching
style today, the current owners, Jennifer Hazelwood and
Shannon Rodriguez, have remained true to the art of dance
through the eyes of such a legend.
We also teach Jazz, Tap, Theater Dance and Modern Dance.

- INTENSIVE BALLET WORKSHOP
Intensive Ballet Workshop with emphasis on "Coppelia" ballet July 8th-12th ; July 15th-19th Ages 11 and up Mon. thru Fri. 9 A.M. - 3 P. M. Will include ballet, character, jazz, and theatre dance. We will be basing workshop on outline of Mrs. Haller's original summer ballet courses.

Our new studio, Studio B is located behind Studio A on 115 Bottinelli Place, and will be open on January 15, 2013. Click here for the updated schedule for both studios. Please notice which studio your child or you will be attending for classes. Anyone attending classes at Studio B (Bottinelli Place) is asked to AVOID PARKING near the garage below the studio, as it used quite frequently by tenants in the building. - NUTCRAKER PICTURES NOW AVAILABLE!

A partnering class will be added to our ballet class schedule taught by Christian Delery. All classes are open to male and female dancers aged 12 years and up. A 10.00 fee is payable at the time of the class. Minimum of 5 students is required for each class. Class times coming soon!
